Sierra is the Lightning Strike Coordinator for First Wave. She earned her degree in Architecture, and while living abroad, specialized in neighborhood revitalization at the urban scale. Back in the States, Sierra earned a dual emphasis degree in Interior and Graphic Design. 

Recently, Sierra has stepped into First Wave, where she leverages her skillset to provide structure and support to the Sales and Marketing Team. Sierra is known for quick pivots, fast integrations, and customized tools designed to support a diverse team. She works side-by-side with the company’s founder to develop viable go-to-market strategies, enabling the company to scale. 

Whether overseeing human resources, or developing a marketing strategy, Sierra draws on strong interpersonal and organizational skills. She takes pride in being the person who can analyze the big picture, break it into actionable steps, and roll it out to people.

Sierra is married and lives with her husband in Boise, Idaho. Together, they enjoy paddleboarding and hiking
