First Wave Development partner Andrew Pedrick, CEO and Founder of McTique Architects, a keynote speaker, will present at noon on Saturday, February 17, in the Palm Springs Modernism Lecture Hall in the show lobby.Drew will address whether we can afford a house like our grandparents could, What kind of house it would be, and where we would find it. Can a good design make housing better?

This talk presents how today's modernism creates more affordable, better-built, healthier housing—turning houses into homes.

The lecture is free with admission to the show.
