During Modernism Week, First Wave Development showcased the fire-resistant TechBoard created by ZS2 Technologies and used in MSIPS for First Wave's modular homes. This innovative material offers superior fire resistance, climate resilience, and dimensional stability, making it an ideal choice for modular home construction.

After 30 minutes, the TechBoard has minor damage from the fire. Even more impressive is Mike placed his hand on the TechBoard while it was "on fire" with no damage or burns to his hands.
